i better hurry up cos little dragon is bathing..hurhur so i got some time to blog.

boohoo feel damn weak..hmm yest went for a run..pgp and i almost dieeeeeeee..yah lor..dunnoe whether is it stitch or wat..i hope it is..it just never go away and it became worse..until i couldnt finish the whole route..boohoo and i hamji escape the arts slope and went by the sde and engin route..but still couldn't continue..im in dead shit..

so went to paddle this morning..its errrrmmm quite gross..i noe its in the mind..budden hais considering how many times i paddled after mr500 so yah shut up..dun compare urself to me and tell me its all the in the mind..anws was talking to enpingy during cooldown..hmm oh wellss how nice to tok to someone who isnt bias..hurhur..
